Monique has owned Bone Appetit since 2006. Supporting a small business through the great recession in 2008 and a global pandemic in 2020. In her many years in the pet industry, she has been a Vet tech, competitively groomed dogs and won the 2006-2007, GC, BW Purrty Katz Shedaisy of Karecats, best of breed award for her Parti-Color Persian. Monique has an incredible passion for pets – to help educate humans how to properly care for their furry family members.

I’m looking forward to growing as a groomer, but it is one of my personal goals to work in rescue someday. I want to give back to the animals what they have given me, a safe place to grow.”
